'Hamburger Relish' canning today

Now that the early cabbage is all put up, we did three batches of my favorite 'Hamburger Relish'. Each batch was supposed to make seven pints, but I got one extra to can. In this recipe there is some hot pepper. I use Pueblo peppers to give some zing, but not be too spicy for my family. When you grow and make foods at home you chose exactly what you like.
