Maybe the last batch from early cabbage and beets

Yesterdays single batch of 8 pints is likely the last canning we will do of the pickled Early Jersey Wakefield cabbage and Detroit Dark Red beets. Our next cabbage harvest should be much larger of Late cabbage in the fall.
