About Us

When I was a little girl, I remember my grandparents having plates of dry beans on their sun porch. Grandpa would save bean and corn seed from year to year, never having to buy any. He taught me how to garden and save seed. I guess you could say gardening is in my blood. For more than 30 years my husband and I have owned our own farm. We used to raise livestock, hay, and grain.

Our farm is located in a small Northeastern Connecticut town. In fact, our population is less than 700 people. I love living way out in the country!
