Made in our wood fired kitchen range this flat bread is a hearty food. As you can see I did not bother to roll out the flat bread nicely. It could also be shaped with a rim around the edge and used for pizza. Water and a bit of salt is added to Whole Millet flour and a ball of dough is formed. I roll the dough ball in some oil to coat it lightly, and press it onto the hot preheated griddle. Bake in a very hot oven 5 minutes and turn once. It will be done after about 3 more minutes at 550 degrees.
