Maple Syrup Yield 2012

All the jars on the wooden cutting board have been processed for long term storage by Steam Canning. The Three jars to the left will just go in the refrigerator for use this year. The cost of the Propane fuel was $22.50 to make 21.5 cups of the thick Maple Syrup we love!
