Spinach Seed production

This spinach planted in our 2009 garden and Wintered over is nearly mature enough to collect seeds from now in July of 2010. After the seeds are fully mature, they are collected and carefully dried. Plant debris will be separated by winnowing. Perhaps you will be ordering some of these to plant in 2011!
