In the center and to the right are 16 eight ounce jars of Grape Jelly freshly made and canned for long term storage. To the left is a wide mouth quart jar with extra grape juice and an old fashion wax seal type jelly jar with a wide mouth lid sitting on top containing the extra jelly which did not fit in the canner. Concord Grapes do best here, but may not in your climate. This homemade jelly is many times more flavorful than store bought.
