Fire Place cooking close up

Here we have a view down through the cooking grate into where the fire will be below. The back two legs of the tripod will help keep the wood in this half cone shape for a small hot fire. I start with three pieces as shown, and after they burn down I add two more between them. Then three more to maintain the generous flames.
