Enough tomatoes for 12 Quarts were fully ripe this morning. I finished at 11:46 AM as you can see in the photo. On the range is the Back to Basics steam canner I wrote an article about and the red tea kettle. To the right on the counter you can see the jar lifter tongs, canning timer and a small alarm clock with a second hand for timing the lids for one minute lying on its back.
