Cooling the beans!

Tonights supper awaits in the square Corning Ware dish. The 4 pint jars of beans are cooling on the towel. Don't move any jars of food after you get them out of the canner until the next day. Then check carefully that each jar lid has sealed, and gently wipe off any water stains. The rings can be removed and reused then too. Store in a cool dark cupboard where they will not freeze.
