Spinach is such a versatile vegetable. I use it in many different recipes. It's ideal for salads, sandwiches and stir-fried with olive oil and garlic. This particular variety, Bloomsdale, is my favorite. It has never failed me. Delicious and easy to grow.
Large dark-green, savoyed leaves. Great in salads or steamed with garlic.
