Detroit Dark Red Beet

• I love the sweetness of this beet. During our growing season I sow the seeds every 4 weeks to have a continuous supply of greens and roots. Two wees after a frost I dig them and place washed roots in the crisper of my refrigerator. They are very good throughout January.
