Two Batches of Jam all done
Most of these jars are tapered all the way to the top, and are suitable for long term storage in our freezers. A few small mouth pints are on the right side. They cannot be frozen without risk of breaking the glass.
It took 4 quarts of fruit, 14 cups of sugar and two pouches of pectin, to make 16 cups of Strawberry jam in all those containers.
