Beans Drying 1

Here are the shelled beans I am drying for seed.The upper trays, and to the right are Horticulture beans. They can be harvested early in the green stage, or dried for baking or planting like this. The others to the left, and along the bottom of the photo are Jacob's Cattle beans. They are very reliable, and a good yielding dry baking bean. There are a few ears of corn, from stalks which had blown down, you can see too.
