Pressure canning beets

To can beets we need a pressure canner. One of ours is on the right side of our stove, and the Maslin pan is on the left. The Maslin pan was designed for candy and jelly making, but we use it to quickly bring all sorts of foods up to temperature for canning. The 'Ziploc' brand bags are out to freeze what ever does not fit into the canner.
