Setting up to can tomatoes

Two half bushel baskets are fresh from the garden and ready to be washed. Then they will be dipped in hot water in the pot and the skins removed. Then they go into our Maslin pan to be boiled. Once packed and sealed in jars they go to the steam canner and are processed.
