Pointed or Flat cabbage?

The cabbages in the sink are much wider than they are tall, so they are called a Flat variety. his is a mid season variety which I do not sell yet. To the right of the sink are some of the last of this years Early Jersey Wakefield Cabbage. I have been picking these for weeks from our garden. Now that the mid season cabbage is ready we will make Summer Sauerkraut!
