Bar bell weight base

There are several reasons I used this item. First I noticed the inner edge of the rim could support the diameter of the heat shield. It also has a 2 inch diameter hole which will be centered directly below the burner letting in air for combustion. It is heavy and makes a stable base. As much as possible, I use things I have here already or free stuff from the dump.
