Soaking the beans!

My new PRESTO pressure cooker is stainless steel inside, which I prefer for food contact rather than aluminum. The beans are covered with a couple inches of water, and the accessory lid with small holes to drain the beans is to the left. It will allow me to rinse the beans and change the water without dirtying any other containers.
