The mill attachment has been removed, by loosening a single set screw, and the mixer's bowl secured in the base of the Kitchenaid. I added three eggs, and mixed the corn and rice flours together. The next step is to add enough warm water to form a soft dough, about a cup and a half. It should be too thick to pour, and yet soft enough to settle without any gaps filled with air. The 1.5 quart Slow Cooker has been greased inside, and is ready.
