Extracting Beefsteak Tomato Seed

I just use my thumbs to lift out the Beefsteak Tomato seeds, so they fall into the container below. With the pulp which surrounded them, they will be fermented for a number of days, and then rinsed clean. After that, the seeds will be properly dried and stored for planting next year.
