In mid August, we have already started canning peaches. on the left side you can see steam coming from one of the two side vents on the Steam Canner. To the right is one of our Beefsteak Tomatoes waiting to be sliced for lunch. The five quarts of peaches are just one way we put them up. There will be peach Jam, and peach nectar too, as well as pies and cobblers to eat.
