Parsley

It is very easy to dry parsley for long term storage, and it tastes great fresh too. It is often added as a garnish in restaurants, and simply thrown away by customers. Dried parsley flakes used to be used in vitamin capsules. It is easier to eat chopped up on salads, or cooked in soups and stews where it adds flavor and nutrition.
