Two batches of Relish are done, and the last one is processing in the Steam Canner on the right front burner. Near the center of the board on the counter, is the small pan I used to boil the lids for each batch. Just to the left of that is the cloth for wiping off any relish which gets on the tops of the jars while filling them. It would prevent the lids from sealing properly. Behind the tapered sided Maslin Pan, you can see a red tea kettle. I kept it hot and ready to top off the canner and cover each set of 7 jar lids with hot water so they would come to a boil quickly.
