Enamelware pint canning kettle

This water bath canning kettle is a smaller size for processing 7 pint jars at a time. It's closer to the diameter of most stove burners, and holds half as much water. That makes it heat up faster. Two or more of these fit on top of an ordinary home cooking range. This size works well on the regular size kerosene burners of about 7,000 BTU's. For full size canners, a larger kerosene stove, or a high output burner, optional on some home ranges is a good idea.
