Sauerkraut Canning 6

Here is a view of the nice large electric range we used at my parents. There is plenty of room for the over sized canner on the right, as well as the 7 quart aluminum one on the left at the back of stove. A high output gas or kerosene burner would bring a canner to boiling faster, but having two on this range probably makes up for that.
