Spelt Nearing Maturity 2

This is a close up of two seed heads. The upper one is still tightly closed and the lower one is just starting to open, or have the kernels separate from the seed head a little bit. The seed heads are also starting to turn over to the side, instead of being vertical. This will help rain water drain off of them.
