Cooling Baked Pumkin

The large metal spatula or 'turner' is the easiest way to lift the baked pumpkin halves onto the cloth for additional cooling time. I work from left to right, so I arrange my tasks that way. I'll choose a spoon and scoop the pumpkin into the mixing bowl.
