Herbs 1

A variety of Herbs drying near our Kitchen Wood fired Range. Mint for tea and seasoning is directly above the stove, and St. John's Wort is clearly seen hanging from the drying rack on the right. On top of the warming shelf, a tincture of St. John's Wort is displayed in the jar on the left, and the one on the right has the whole plant dried and packed into the jar.
