Airy Drying Screen Porch at work

We added a 20 X 13 foot deep fully screened porch off the South side of our garage a few years ago. We enjoy sitting out there before Supper. We had no idea how handy it would be to lay out harvests to cure, mature or dry. On the table you can see tomatoes ripening. To the right are squash we are experimenting with in our new deer fenced plot far from the main garden and onions drying. Along the wall are racks with Elderberries drying and a bench with Pumpkins curing.
