Beets and hills of Squash

I continue to thin the beets for salads or freezing. Fresh tiny beet leaves daily for weeks. Later we will have mature beets to eat too. To the left is mulched hills of Squash and Pumpkins. The narrow row between them has a variety of flowers and vegetables.
