Oats and Crimson Clover cover crop.

It is very difficult to Winter over Crimson Clover in our Northern climate. Normally it is grown in the South or as a summer pasture in the far North. This is where we grew three rows of potatoes last year. Notice the growing pile from pruning berries and grapes. We will burn it to kill any diseases which could be in the dead vines.
