For just two servings of bread I use one cup of Hullless Oat flour, one egg in a measuring cup beaten and topped of with warm water to total 1/2 cup liquid, and a rounded tsp. of Baking Powder. If I have left over squash, pumpkin or applesauce I add some to make the bread more moist. Often I double this and bake in an 8X8 inch pan. The loaf is shallow and can be cut horizontilly into slices for sandwiches. It only takes a few minutes to mix this up and it baked in less than 15 minutes in our wood range.
