Finishing up canning Tomato juice.

The 14 quarts are cooling while to the right are the internal parts from the Champion Juicer air drying after being washed in hot soapy water and rinsed. Be sure to clean up right away so nothing sticks to utensils or the work area. The juicer does spray out some so I drape dish towels and newspaper to catch most of the mess.
