Canning Rack Holding Jars

The Canning Rack is supporting the jars in this photo. The wire handles latch over the sides of the Canning kettle. It makes loading and unloading the jars easier. Notice the Tea Kettle hot and ready if any more water needs to be added to top off the Canner.
