Traditional St. Patrick's Day Supper

Irish Soda Bread with boiled carrots, parsnips, potatoes and cabbage cooked with Corned Beef. I served it on a platter inherited from my adopted Irish Grandmother. A New England Boiled Dinner would have beef. In eastern Europe Kielbasa. It could be ham or sausage too. Winter keeping vegetables and meat.
