Four batches of strawberry Jam Processed to keep on the shelf for years

Each batch is 8 one cup jars. In the photo you may notice a few taller 12 ounce jars. Each time we use two of those we save one canning lid. When ever we have a large harvest we can more than we need that year for the future.
