23 Wide mouth pints of pears cooling on the rack

This was a mornings work putting up all these jars. We ran the canner for three batches. Tomorrow after cooling overnight I will remove the rings and wipe them off ready for long term storage. Some syrup always can get onto the outside of the jars and make them sticky.
