Apple Trees across back yard

This line of 5 mature Apple trees extends across our back yard just ahead of the barn. We can huge batches of Applesauce and press cider and can it also from these trees and others for year round use. In the distance is our old Buck house for Summertime. I really miss my goat herd, and can't bear to tear down the old Bucks place even though it's roof has fallen in.
