Non-electric Pressure cooking

Hawkins Stainless steel 2 Liter pressure cooker set into TRANGIA stove ready for ingredients to be added. After soaking 3/4 cup of dry beans over night I had a generous pint to pressure cook. Add water so the cooker is nearly half full. Once up to pressure I cooked for 6 minutes at a very low heat and then let it cool gradually before moving just the beans to a crock pot and adding seasonings. Top off with enough cooking water to just cover and slow cook for at least a few hours so the flavors to mingle.
