We used a Champion juicer to make Tomato juice for canning today. We did about 112 pounds of tomatoes and ended up with 22 quarts of juice. I used to boil down some tomatoes into sauce in August, but now I can juice and whole tomatoes and boil either down into sauce after the wood stove is going in the Fall. As we got enough juice boiled for a one canner we started it and then a second canner was filled.
