Today's Peach Canning

First I made two batches of Peach Jam for a total of 14 half pint jelly jars. Then I canned the rest of the fully ripe Peaches in nine pint jars. It was a very pleasant but busy afternoon. It is always rewarding to see a long line of jars of food cooling on our kitchen counter and ready to keep for years to come.
