Pumpkin Harvest 2016

Here is just a part of this years Sugar Pumpkin harvest curing in the sun so they form a sound protective skin for storage through Christmas time. After we eat these our Waltham Butternut squash keeps until after Easter. All they need is a cool dry room to feed us through the Winter months.
