Here we have 26 pints of Hamburger Relish cooling on the board. At the right is a large Tea Kettle on a Hot Plate. The large canning kettle on the stove is my new favourite. A Victorio combination steam or water bath model made of Stainless Steel with a thick aluminium plate bonded to the bottom. The relish was prepared last evening and set in the Fridge over night. I got all this canned this morning in late July 2015.
