Beans drying in my Seed Room

In my climate controlled cool and dry seed room I have trays of shelled beans air drying on the floor. The three cardboard boxes behind them are filled with later harvests of bean seeds still in the pods. I have more beans waiting to be shelled in my barn.The trays are lined with newspaper and paper towels and the beans are stirred to turn them regularly as they air dry.You can't get seeds fresher than these!
