Here is some of my seed crop of high yielding Indian Flint corn. It is on racks which are supported above the floor, and notice the window style fan blowing across it from the right side. If this were corn for us to eat, I could use some heated air to speed the process. When I first started saving seed from this variety, red or mahogany colored ears were fairly rare. As the years go by, they are taking over a bigger share of each years harvest. I have read the darker colored corn is much healthier, so it is probably a good thing.
