At the left are the four lids to be sterilized in the jar funnel. Behind them is a tall canning jar to hold the drained off cooking water from the beans. The pint jars are waiting inside the pressure canner on the left while the beans have nearly finished cooking and cooling in the shorter pressure canner on the right.
