Cornbread making 4
Using a large spoon or spatula, move the dough into the greased slow cooker. You can see in the photo, there is room for the cornbread to rise a little. If you use baking soda in your recipe, you may need even a little more head space. I smooth the top of the loaf into a dome shape, and add a pat of butter if I have it.
