Cornbread making 2

This is the Kitchenaid grain mill attachment making the first coarse grind of our flint Indian corn. An electric mill like this saves much time and effort. I would recommend everyone have a hand powered mill also, but for regular use, the electric mill is a luxury I enjoy. Notice the corn meal is going right into the mixing bowl.
