Loading the Steam Canner
After filling the water tray, and getting it hot, pint jars of just cooked relish are loaded onto the rack. On the right is the Maslin pan I cooked the Zucchini relish in. On the left is the upside down cover of the Back to Basics Steam Canner. Notice the small steam escape holes can be seen if you look closely.
